User Agreement

Welcome to this application (the "App"). This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your access to and use of the App and its related services. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Service Description

The App is an AI-powered visual tool that provides:

• Virtual try-on and outfit visualization
• AI-generated clothing and style previews
• Pet outfit and appearance customization
• Image generation, editing, and storage features

All generated content is virtual and illustrative only and does not represent real-world fit, quality, or appearance.

2. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.
• The App is not intended for children or minors.

You agree not to upload or generate content that:

• Contains nudity, sexual or explicit material
• Involves minors or appears to involve minors
• Infringes intellectual property or privacy rights
• Is unlawful, abusive, or misleading

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate this Agreement.

3. User Content and License

• You retain ownership of content you upload.
• You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services.
• We do not use your uploaded content for advertising or AI model training without your explicit consent.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

• AI-generated outputs are produced algorithmically and may vary based on input quality and system limitations.
• The App does not perform biometric identification, facial recognition, or identity verification.
• Generated results should not be used for legal, medical, commercial guarantees, or identity-related purposes.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

• The App offers optional subscription plans that unlock advanced AI features, higher generation limits, or premium content.
• Subscriptions are billed through your App Store or Google Play account.
• Payments are charged at confirmation of purchase and renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You may manage or cancel subscriptions in your account settings of the respective platform.
• No refunds are provided for unused subscription periods, except as required by applicable law or platform policy.

6. Service Changes and Termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App at any time with or without notice, as permitted by law.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• We are not responsible for decisions made or actions taken by you based on AI-generated results.
• Our total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App or subscription during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

• All software, algorithms, designs, interfaces, trademarks, and branding elements of the App are owned by or licensed to us.
• Except for the limited license granted to you to use the App, no rights are transferred.
• You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or commercially exploit the App or its outputs.

10. Account Suspension and Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Abuse free trials or subscription mechanisms
• Attempt to bypass usage limits
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools
• Upload prohibited or illegal content

Suspension may occur with or without prior notice depending on severity.

11. Account Deletion and Data Removal

• You may request deletion of your account at any time through in-app settings or by contacting our support email.
• Once your account deletion request is confirmed:
• Your account credentials will be permanently deactivated
• Your saved images, generated content, and associated data will be deleted or irreversibly anonymized
• Active subscriptions must be canceled through App Store or Google Play prior to deletion
• Account deletion is irreversible and cannot be undone.
• Certain information may be retained for a limited period where required by law, fraud prevention, or accounting obligations.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the App operator is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
