Account Deletion Instructions

This page explains how you can request deletion of your account and associated data for this application.

How to Delete Your Account

You may request account deletion at any time using one of the following methods:

Option 1: In-App Deletion

1. Open App and log in to your account.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Select Account → Delete Account.
4. Follow on-screen instructions to confirm deletion.

Option 2: Contact Support

If you are unable to access the App, you may request deletion by contacting us:

• Email: [Support Email]
• Subject: Account Deletion Request

Please include the following information in your email:

• Your registered email address (if applicable);
• Your device platform (iOS or Android);
• A brief statement requesting account deletion.

What Happens After Deletion

Once your account deletion request is confirmed:

• Your account will be permanently deactivated;
• Your saved images, AI-generated content, and related user data will be deleted or irreversibly anonymized;
• You will no longer be able to access any previously generated or saved content.

⚠️ Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel active subscriptions.

If you have an active subscription, please cancel it directly through:

• Apple App Store (iOS devices), or
• Google Play Store (Android devices)

before or after requesting account deletion, in accordance with the respective platform's policies.

Data Retention Exceptions

In certain cases, we may retain limited information for a short period where required by law, accounting, or fraud prevention obligations. Such data will not be used for any other purpose.
